The REALTORS® Association of York & Adams Counties, Inc. has a dedicated staff of 5 full-time and 2 part-time individuals whose primary goal is to provide the best customer service to our members. Listed below are the specific responsibilities of each staff member. We look forward to serving you!
SHANNA TERROSO – Executive Officer
As E.O., Shanna has responsibility for the overall operation of the Association and the staff. She reports directly to the governing Board of Directors. Shanna’s specific responsibilities include serving as Director of our Real Estate School; she’s the association’s chief strategist related to county, school district and local municipal regulations; she monitors proposed ordinances related to ownership or transfer of real estate in York & Adams Counties and provides legislative support for our state association. Shanna represents RAYAC in several community groups and serves as staff for the York Adams Regional Smart Growth Coalition. Shanna is also available for Paragon instruction and classes. MIREYA CARLSEN – Director of Professional Development
Mireya is responsible for coordinating educational seminars and the overall administration of the Real Estate School. She also serves as the Professional Standards Administrator for RAYAC in which she manages the adjudication of Code of Ethics complaints and the arbitration of business disputes. Mireya coordinates the Dispute Resolution System (mediation) cases, as well as, oversees New Member Orientation. Committees served:

DOUG CLARK – Business & Finance Director
Doug is responsible for the association’s bookkeeping, billing, lockbox administration, as well as building/facilities management and human resource duties. Committees served:
BETH IZZO – Public Relations Director
Beth oversees Association communications, including the monthly newsletter-RAYAC Connection and the e-newsletter RAYAC Connection Plus, and public relations efforts. Committees served:

CATHY HILL – Administrative Assistant and Store Manager
Cathy is the first line in answering phone calls at RAYAC. She assists staff with various administrative duties. She helps with new members and lockbox administration. Cathy also manages the RAYAC member store.
DEB KOTTMYER – Clerical Assistant
Deb works part-time (Tuesday mornings only) to assist other staff in clerical duties.
