Online Pre-Licensing

COURSE INFORMATION

Both required courses are approved by the PA Real Estate Commission. RAYAC partners with The CE Shop to provide the 75 hours of  required education, and also exam prep courses to help you study for the State Licensing exam. Upon completion, you will schedule directly through the State to take the State Licensing exam. All online courses must be completed within six months of enrollment, including taking the final exam. No additional course materials or books are required – everything you need is in the online course module!

Get Prepared for Your State and National Exams

RAYAC offers a set of two study guide books to help you prepare for the State Licensing exam. One book covers the National portion of the Licensing exam, and the other book covers the PA portion of the Licensing exam. The cost for the set of 2 books is $42.40. You can stop by our office to purchase them during our normal business hours (Monday through Thursday from 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, Friday from 8:30 am – 4:00 pm).

If you prefer online preparation, these two exam prep courses are available for purchase. As with the hard-copy books mentioned above, one course covers the National portion of the Licensing exam, and the other course covers the PA portion of the Licensing exam. You can purchase each course for $59, or the set of two courses for $99:
