ABOUT
This is one of the two mandatory courses required by the PA SREC to renew your license in 2026. This course will remind students of PA agency law. It will review the use of standard forms to help comply with RELRA guidelines. You will discuss the requirement to always have two forms with every consumer, a Consumer Notice and a second form which outlines the agent’s relationship with the consumer, which can be representation or non-representation. You will also be presented with scenarios and talking points to engage in conversations with consumers about agency and fees. You’ll learn about both the duties owed by licensees in PA to all consumers, and the specific fiduciary duties owed to clients. Lastly, you’ll discuss dual agency pitfalls.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICIES
- Payment Policy: Check or credit card number must accompany registration.
- Refund Policy: Cancellations for classroom classes made less than 2 business days prior to the date of the course and “no-shows” will not receive a refund or credit. There are no refunds for online courses.
- Returned Check Policy: If a check is returned by the bank for any reason, there will be a $35.00 charge.
