ABOUT
Students will discuss style, form, structure, neighborhoods and time periods of the American house, as well as the key architectural features of each period. Understanding building techniques and styles can assist you in establishing when a house was actually built instead of just relying on tax records. You’ll also learn how to identify changes and improvements over time, which may mask the original style.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICIES
- Payment Policy: Check or credit card number must accompany registration.
- Refund Policy: Cancellations for classroom classes made less than 2 business days prior to the date of the course and “no-shows” will not receive a refund or credit. There are no refunds for online courses.
- Returned Check Policy: If a check is returned by the bank for any reason, there will be a $35.00 charge.
