DESIGNATION COURSES

When you see REALTORS® with a string of letters behind their names, what does it mean? It means that those REALTORS® realize the importance of continuing education and have earned professional designations to prove it. They are committed to sharpening their skills and staying on top of the changing laws and trends in the real estate industry to better serve their customers and clients.

In real estate, the combination of what you know and who you know is essential. Designations are one way to spot a REALTOR® who has gone the extra mile to serve his or her customers.


DESIGNATION COURSE SCHEDULE

Accredited Staging Professional (ASP Designation)

September 10-11, 2019 from 8:30 am – 5:00 pm – RAYAC Classroom

14 hours CE credit (NOTE: this course is NOT approved for Broker credit)

We’ve partnered with StagedHomes.com to bring you this 2-day course which earns you the designation that gives you the best marketing edge over your competitors. Objectives include:

Effectively communicate the benefits of staging with your sellers, create a more powerful listing presentation, understand the criteria of ASP® Home Staging and learn staging concepts and ideas, better price your staged listings, create a more value added service, participate in an occupied or vacant home staging exercise.

Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE Certification) – Broker Elective

September 19-20, 2019 from 8:30 am – 4:30 pm – RAYAC Classroom

15 hours CE credit and 1 broker credit
