ABOUT
Are you working on your Broker’s license? Real Estate Finance is one of the required core courses needed to fulfill your educational requirements. Understand real estate finance, how it affects your business and what you need to do to be successful, and remain compliant. Course topics include: sources of mortgage funds, government influences in the financial market, anatomy of real estate finance instruments, alternative instruments of real estate finance, defaults, foreclosures & redemptions and mortgage placement procedures.

TUITION
- $395.00 (includes textbook and lunch is provided). This course is not eligible for the Smart Pass.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICIES
- Payment Policy: Check or credit card number must accompany registration.
- Refund Policy: Cancellations for classroom classes made less than 2 business days prior to the date of the course and “no-shows” will not receive a refund or credit. There are no refunds for online courses.
- Returned Check Policy: If a check is returned by the bank for any reason, there will be a $35.00 charge.
