REAL ESTATE PRACTICE (45 hours): 
Consecutive Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:00 PM – 9:30 PM & Saturdays from 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

April: 4/4, 4/6, 4/9, 4/11, 4/13, 4/16, 4/18, 4/20, 4/23, 4/25, 4/27

TUITION:
Real Estate Fundamentals or Real Estate Practice: $210 for each course.
Pre-licensing Package: $400 when you sign-up for both courses at the same time.

TEXTBOOK AND OTHER STUDENT SUPPLIES:
Modern Real Estate Practice in Pennsylvania, 13th Edition: $40 plus tax (non-refundable).
Every student must have a copy of the textbook, which is used in both courses so it only needs to be purchased once. The textbook will be available to you on the first day of class.
