TUITION:
Real Estate Fundamentals $300.00.

TEXTBOOK AND OTHER STUDENT SUPPLIES:
Modern Real Estate Practice in Pennsylvania, 14th Edition: $40 plus tax (non-refundable).
Every student must have a copy of the textbook, which is used in both courses so it only needs to be purchased once. The textbook will be available to you on the first day of class.
