3.5 hours Real Estate CE

ABOUT

This course is designed to instruct, update, and remind agents of the nuts and bolts of real estate financing. We’ll cover and discuss  the following: secondary market (Fannie, Freddie), FHA, VA, USDA, and portfolio loans, qualification and the effect of interest rates and credit scores on financing; how to determine if the property fits the loan program;  the differences among year-round owner-occupied properties, investment properties, and second homes which do not meet secondary market guidelines; and finally how agents should keep up to date on other local programs, such as first-time buyer closing cost assistance, as well as vetting lenders to determine which lenders are most reliable.
