In November of 2019 RAYAC partnered with Strategic Guidance Systems to conduct a member wide survey to determine values of home features such as three bedroom homes versus four bedroom homes, in-ground pools, number of bathrooms, the value of a central air conditioning, fireplaces, garages, solar panels etc.
