ABOUT
This course will bring students up to date on the changes in USPAP, fulfill the PA mandatory requirement of a 7-hour USPAP update for Appraisal recertification, and help explain how to implement USPAP into daily Appraisal practice. This course is approved for both appraisal certificate and real estate license renewal. Cost includes price of required student workbook only. All students will need their own copy of the 2020-2021 USPAP Manual. Please call Mireya Carlsen at 717-845-3487 to purchase your book. Lunch will be provided.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICIES
- Payment Policy: Check or credit card number must accompany registration.
- Refund Policy: Cancellations for classroom classes made less than 2 business days prior to the date of the course and “no-shows” will not receive a refund or credit. There are no refunds for online courses.
- Returned Check Policy: If a check is returned by the bank for any reason, there will be a $35.00 charge.
