ABOUT
Are you working on your Broker’s license? Real Estate Brokerage and Office Management is one of the two required courses needed to fulfill your educational requirements. Learn the best and most practical skills and techniques for running your own office while completing your Broker’s license. Course topics include: planning and organizing; opening an office; market analysis & growth patterns; directing & theories of management; human resources; business ethics and legal considerations.

TUITION
- $395.00 (includes textbook and lunch is provided). This course is not eligible for the Smart Pass.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICIES
- Payment Policy: Check or credit card number must accompany registration.
- Refund Policy: Cancellations for classroom classes made less than 2 business days prior to the date of the course and “no-shows” will not receive a refund or credit. There are no refunds for online courses.
- Returned Check Policy: If a check is returned by the bank for any reason, there will be a $35.00 charge.
