Working on your Broker’s License? Valuation of Residential Properties is one of the required core courses needed to fulfill your educational requirements. Course topics include: Principals of Real Property Valuation, Market Identification and Forces, Area and Neighborhood Analysis, Site Analysis, Building Analysis, and Direct Sales Comparison Approach. Learn the best and most practical skills and techniques for property valuation while completing your Broker’s license educational requirements!

SCHEDULE

Dates: May 18, 19, 25, 26, 2023. Time: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM each day. Lunch is provided. All classes are held at the RAYAC Office.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICIES

Payment Policy: Check or credit card number must accompany registration.
Refund Policy: Cancellations for classroom classes made less than 2 business days prior to the date of the course and “no-shows” will not receive a refund or credit. There are no refunds for online courses.
Returned Check Policy: If a check is returned by the bank for any reason, there will be a $35.00 charge.
