ABOUT

Working on your Broker’s License?  Real Estate Law is one of the two required courses needed to fulfill your educational requirements.  Course topics include: Introduction to Law and Legal Systems, Real and Personal Property, Land, Water and Air Rights, Contract Law, The Real Estate Transaction, Leases, Law and Real Estate Licensee and Law of Agency.

SCHEDULE

Dates: February 1, 6, 15, 22, 2023. Time: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM each day. Lunch is provided.  All classes are held at the RAYAC Office.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICIES

• Payment Policy: Check or credit card number must accompany registration.
• Refund Policy: Cancellations for classroom classes made less than 2 business days prior to the date of the course and “no-shows” will not receive a refund or credit. There are no refunds for online courses.
• Returned Check Policy: If a check is returned by the bank for any reason, there will be a $35.00 charge.
