ABOUT

The Uniform Appraisal Dataset (UAD) 3.6 and the redesigned Uniform Residential Appraisal Report (URAR) represent the most significant change to residential appraisal reporting in decades. This course details the new URAR report from assignment information through certifications, with additional discussion of ANSI Z765 measurement standards. The focus is on best practices to reduce friction and uncertainty, using the GSEs’ published resources, including the Appendix F-1 URAR Reference Guide, to resolve reporting questions in your  own practice. Approved for 7 hours Appraisal credit.
