7 hours Appraisal Continuing Education & NAR COE Requirement
ABOUT
This course will teach you to understand real estate bias from an historical context, identify long-term effects, and discuss best practices for avoiding valuation bias. We will also review Fair Housing and Anti-Discrimination laws, and discuss settled lawsuits and current case studies. Approved for 7 hours Appraisal credit and NAR Code of Ethics training due by 12/31/27.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICIES
- Payment Policy: Check or credit card number must accompany registration.
- Refund Policy: Cancellations for classroom classes made less than 2 business days prior to the date of the course and “no-shows” will not receive a refund or credit. There are no refunds for online courses.
- Returned Check Policy: If a check is returned by the bank for any reason, there will be a $35.00 charge.
