ACCESS
- New Affiliate members receive a free mailing list of REALTOR® members. Able to purchase the list for $25 thereafter.
- Subscription to RAYAC’s monthly newsletters, RAYAC Connection and RAYAC E-Connection, to keep you informed of industry and association news and events.
- Full access to the Members Only section of RAYAC.com and to the RAYAC members only Facebook group page.
- Ability to purchase lockbox key card (inspection and photography affiliates only).

NETWORKING
- Affiliate Expo- a business expo held yearly in which affiliates are invited to network with our REALTOR® members. Great event to market your products and services to many REALTOR® members.
- Thirsty Thursdays – a social event held at a variety of restaurants and geographic locations several times during the year from 5:00-7:00 pm.
- Ability to join some of RAYAC’s committees and task forces to work closely with REALTOR® members on a wide variety of projects.
- Opportunity to attend other RAYAC members-only events, StraightTALK sessions, RAYAC Appreciation event and community volunteer activities.
RECOGNITION
- RAYAC recognizes one affiliate member each year with an appreciation award presented in January at the Installation and Awards event.
