Giving Back

In addition to the RAYAC Foundation, RAYAC members give back to the community in many ways.  In the past year, RAYAC members participated in several community projects in the York and Adams County areas. RAYAC is very engaged in ensuring that York and Adams Counties are great places to live, work, play and learn.

Here are some of the community projects from RAYAC members:

Park Clean Ups
Members create curb appeal to Renaissance Park in the City of York by weeding, planting and mulching flower beds.

Shred Event
RAYAC hosts two community shred events for residents to dispose of sensitive documents in a safe and secure manner.

Homeless Outreach Project

RAYAC coordinates a Homeless Outreach Project with a variety of community partners to connect homeless individuals and families with vital community services, obtain IDs and replacement birth certificates and receive a hot meal and donated items. Members collected toiletries and cold weather supplies to assemble homeless 100 kits.

RAYAC 2024 SCHOLARSHIP

One $500 scholarship will be awarded to a high school senior who is an immediate family member of a RAYAC member and who will be pursuing a post-secondary education.
