RAYAC Annual Business Meeting on October 6th at 9:00 AM
It’s biggest and best event of the year! Join us for the RAYAC Annual Business Meeting on Wednesday, October 6th at the Wyndham Garden. The event will kick off with breakfast at 9:00 AM followed by our business meeting and the election of the 2022 Board of Directors and bylaws amendments. After our business is over we will hear from our Key Note Speaker. Kevin Reilly is an inspirational keynote speaker, author, and former NFL linebacker for the Philadelphia Eagles. Kevin is also the oldest known surviving Desmond tumor patient in the world. The surgery which saved his life, also led to the loss of his left arm, left shoulder and top four left ribs. Life saving surgery may have ended his professional football career but, Kevin refused to let the disease define his life. Today, he shares his remarkable story of how faith, family and fortitude kept this linebacker in the game.

RAYAC will be offering two separate rooms for the event. There will be two rooms set up at the Wyndham Garden for the Annual Meeting. The Main Ballroom will serve a hot breakfast and will be a mask optional room. An additional room outside of the ballroom will be set up as strictly a “mask only” room and allows for more social distancing. The annual meeting will be live streamed from the ballroom to the second room.
Everyone that would like to sit in the “mask only” room will still be able to vote on all of the Bylaws changes as well as the 2022 Board of Directors through a paper ballot. After registration, an email will be sent to all registrants asking them their preference of room.
