York Homebuyer Assistance Program Workshop for REALTORS
Do you have clients who need down payment and closing cost assistance? The York Homebuyers Assistance Program (YHAP) offers up to $10,000 in closing cost assistance for first-time homebuyers. Through education, financial counseling, and a forgivable loan after five years, Tenfold Community Lending administers YHAP for the City and County of York.
